Event & Party Coverage 2024

This can be for small events, business or personal, adult birthday parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, baptisms, baby or bridal showers

Event Photography

$375/hour

Two hour minimum--total of $750. Includes digital photo package. Amounts of photos will vary per event. You will receive an online gallery for easy sharing and the option to purchase prints through my professional lab.

I can also bring a Photo backdrop to set up as a photo spot for guests to take selfies or for me to take their photos of them there! (*design options can be an additional charge depending on theme)

Birthday Party Coverage

$300/hour

Photography coverage for your child's birthday party for up to two hours minimum ($300/hour). Includes an online gallery of a varied amount of party photos. Let me take the photos so YOU can just enjoy the party!

*This can be for a child's birthday of any age up to age 14*

QUINCES & SWEET 16 PARTIES FALL UNDER EVENTS--$375/hour (two hours of coverage MINIMUM)

Travel Time

All venues that fall outside of the 34119 zip code will incur a travel fee to cover time spent in my car getting to and from the venue:

21-30 miles $25

31-50 miles $50

51-75 miles $75

76-100 miles $125

Holiday fees

While I understand that holidays can often be the same day that you want to celebrate your special occasion, there are certain holidays that I am absolutely not available: Fourth of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving or Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. If you choose to celebrate on another holiday and want it documented, $100 will be added to your cost. Valentine's Day is still a popular day and best to book well in advance, as is New Year's Eve and Easter weekend.
